Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of digitalattitudes.com.au: reading it, using the free tools, subscribing to updates and getting in touch. Buying a place in a workshop or program is covered separately by our terms of sale.
Who you are dealing with
Digital Attitudes (ABN 88 989 534 755) is a business name of a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, working nationally. When you book, your contract is with the holder of that ABN.
Digital Attitudes plans to become a company. Before it takes any booking as a company, we will update this page with the company’s name and ACN. A booking you made before then stays with the business you contracted with, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

What we provide here
- Information about our consulting and training work, and a way to enquire about it.
- Public training you can book and pay for. Those purchases are governed by the terms of sale, which set out prices, cancellations, refunds and what to bring.
- Free browser-based tools and calculators. These are general guidance only. They are not professional, financial, legal or educational advice, they do not know your circumstances, and you should not make a decision that matters on their output alone.
- Written articles and field notes.
- Email updates, if you ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Custom software built and hosted for schools is provided under separate written agreements with each school. These terms do not govern it.
Using this site
Please do not:
- try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or the systems behind it;
- submit someone else’s personal information through our forms without their knowledge;
- use the site to send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious.
Please also leave sensitive or confidential information out of the contact form. It is a contact form, not a secure channel.
Our content
The text, design, tools and images on this site belong to Digital Attitudes unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share a link. You may not republish it wholesale or resell it. Workshop and program materials are provided for your own use as a participant.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, and we will correct things when we get them wrong. We do not guarantee that everything here is current, complete or error-free, and prices, dates and availability change.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where a service is not of a kind ordinarily bought for personal, domestic or household use, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the free tools.
Privacy
What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.
Links out
We link to other organisations’ sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This does not stop you using a court, tribunal or consumer body in your own state or territory, or relying on any consumer protection law that applies where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which one you are reading.
